EMPLOYMENT LAW -We provide advice to clients about specific situations involving the relationship between employees and employers including aspects such as contracts, duties, responsibilities, progressive discipline procedures, risk management, and performance management, among others. We offer guidance, training, and coaching to clients to improve the ways in which managers and employees interact with each other in the workplace.
TEAM BUILDING –We partner with clients to assess their needs and learning styles to design and deliver targeted activities to enhance social relations and collaboration between team members in order to increase the team’s overall performance and business results
ONBOARDING –We work with businesses to design the most appropriate strategies and programs to make sure that their employees assimilate the company’s culture and understand their roles beyond the orientation process.
SUCCESSION PLANNING – We work with all types of companies, to identify and develop a pipeline of candidates to fill those key positions crucial for business continuity
RESUME WRITING - We prepare those formal documents that summarize a candidate’s key achievements, experience, competencies, skills, and education for a particular position whether they are recent graduates, early career professionals, mid-career professionals, senior professionals or in a career transition.
